Realizing at a young age that there was more to life than making money, he decided to build a company that focused it’s team and talents on giving back to those who need the help. As a youngster, he grew up at the Boys and Girls Club where he was awarded “Youth of the Year” and spent summers at camps with the YMCA and other organizations until he was old enough to take his first paid job as a Jr Leader at the Boys and Girls Club.
